      Position: Senior Director of Human Resources

      Lorne Lazenby is the Senior Director of Human Resources at 7ACRES . This has been one of his most satisfying roles in his impressive career. Supporting emerging managers and helping them develop their skills in their new roles while rapidly scaling as a company has been challenging and rewarding. ​

      Mr. Lazenby is an HR professional and leader in Organizational Development.​

      Prior to joining 7ACRES, Mr. Lazenby held several Senior HR management positions with large organizations such as Ford Motor Co., Bruce Nuclear Power Development, Hydro One and Vertex Outsourcing. With these roles comes extensive experience in labor and employee relations. Mr. Lazenby also teaches courses in leadership at the University of Waterloo.​

      Mr. Lazenby holds a BA from Western University.
